a) Helping Others is a subscription membership site for the purpose of raising money for charity and providing and income opportunity for all participants.. Free registrants do not get any benefit whatsoever and will be deleted from the system if payment is not received within 48 hours of registration.

b) Helping Others is NOT a charity site, but a business opportunity. What we do is sell memberships to individuals to raise money for good causes and provide a community for members as well as a way to make money online whilst helping others. We are not ourselves a charity. As such all transactions on the site are final and no refunds of any kind or any reason will be applicable.

c) All members will conduct themselves with grace at all times. They will respect the religious and other beliefs of all members. Any racial or hate comments of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in membership termination.

d) We do not tolerate spam. Any member found to be spamming others regarding recommending Helping Others or the general promotion of the site will have their membership terminated immediately.

e) Membership at Helping Others in determined by a monthly or annual subscription. If this subscription is cancelled at any time for any reason this will result in the immediate termination of membership including forfeiture of all sales commissions.

f) Commissions at Helping Others are paid each month on or around the 5th working day of the money - one month in arrears. Commissions are calculated from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month and are paid as long as the member has reached the minimum withdrawal limit for their membership type. For standard members this is $50. For annual members this is $25. All members are responsible for their own tax liability for earnings derived from their Helping Others membership.

Admin reserves the right to change the method of payment of commissions at any time. This change will be determined by the methods used by members to subscribe. Members must be prepared to receive commissions earned by various means. However admin will make these methods as convenient to members as possible.

g) Admin reserves the right to deduct commissions from a member's account that have been earned from a member that has cancelled. If no subscription has been received no commissions are owed.

h) All earnings on the site are sales based. It is not required for a member to refer others to make an income as the site has a passive income contingency. However is it not the responsibility of admin to build a member's commissions for them, any passive income earned is a bonus. If a member wants to increase their earnings and reach their income potential they must do so by recommending the site to others to earn more commissions.

i) All sales are final, no refunds will be given to any member for any reason once an account has been activated. In the event of a subscription/account cancellation all commissions owed are forfeited and all sales team lost.

i) Admin decision in all matters in final. Admin reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time as long as 24 hours notice is given via email to members.
